


About Jarita
Jarita Winslow is a psychologist based in Melbourne, Australia. She is deeply passionate about creating a warm, curious, accepting and safe space that is accessible to individuals from many different backgrounds.
Jarita spent much of her childhood as an expatriate, moving around Asia, developing a rich understanding of third-culture experiences. Jarita brings this experience and understanding to providing specialised mental health care to clients from diverse backgrounds.
Jarita has developed an expertise and interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, specifically individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), having completed specialised training in supporting, specifically adult individuals, with these diagnoses. She is also passionate and deeply interested in trauma-informed therapies and continues to develop her understanding of and experience working in relevant spaces.
Jarita completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Melbourne before completing her Honours studies in Psychology at Deakin University and the Masters of Applied Psychology (Clinical) at Victoria University. She is a registered practitioner with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Incorporated (AAPi).
