Jarita's approach focuses on understanding patterns and cycles impacting an individual's life. Jarita's process is often trauma-informed and combines a variety of modalities to tailor sessions to suit individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
